Extra Credit: Guided Readings are due the day of your next test, for an extra 10%
Requirements for Guided Reading Extra Credit:
- All assigned guided reading packets must be complete to receive the additional 10% on the current test grade.
- Guided readings are to be completed at home (not in classes, not in to the cafeteria, and not in the gymnasium), these are designed to help students work with concepts that were discussed in class.
- Guided reading packets are to be completed independently (all information is in the textbook)
- This is an ALL or NOTHING Assignment (all questions must be completed and all information must be correct). There will be no partial credit awarded for incomplete guided reading packets.
- These must be turned in on the day of the test, before the test is passed out
Extra Credit EoC Flashcards:
Quarter 1: #1-50 due date Friday, October 12, 2018 (No Longer Accepting)
Quarter 2: #51-100 due date Friday, December 14, 2018 (No Longer Accepting)
Quarter 3: #101- 150 due date Friday, March 8, 2019 (No Longer Accepting)
Quarter 4: #1-193 due date Friday, April 5, 2019 (All 7th grade students must turn the flashcards on this day, it will count as a 4th quarter test)

Requirements:
- Flashcards must be handwritten, unless otherwise stated and approved by the teacher (ABSOLUTELY NO COPYING AND PASTING!!!)
- Term on one side of the flashcard and full definition on the other side of the flashcard
- Numbered in top right corner on front of the card
- Bound by a ring, rubber band, or in a Ziploc Bag
- Cover card with name and period number
- Reminder: During the 4th quarter all students will be required to have completed all 193 flashcards, this will count as a test grade!!! As incentive to start early and work consistently, I have decided to assign sets of 50 through the 3rd quarter as extra credit. This will get averaged into the student's quarter test average as an extra credit test.
